Please note that the Everyday Global Debit Card is currently available to customers holding an existing HSBC Everyday Global Account (previously known as Multi Currency Savings Account).

Following the submission of this e-form, a HSBC Everyday Global Debit Card will be mailed to your address maintained with HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited ("HSBC" or the "Bank") within 10 business days, if your application is approved.

Applicant 1: Name to appear on the card : *	Maximum of 19 characters Please provide name to be printed
Applicant 2: Name to appear on the card	Maximum of 19 characters. Only applicable for joint accounts

I/We understand that approval of this application is at HSBC’s discretion and HSBC is not obliged to give any reasons for rejecting the same.
